Can I stack credits with my existing plan?
Yes. Credit packs stack on top of any plan allowance, including Free. If you have a Pro plan with 200 monthly credits and buy a 100-credit pack, you'll have 300 credits available.
Are credit purchases refundable?
Credit top-up purchases are final and non-refundable once spent. Unused, unspent credits can be refunded. Credit packs are not covered by the Win or Refund Guarantee — only subscription plans are.
What's the difference between credits and a subscription?
Credits are a one-time purchase — buy what you need, use them whenever. Subscriptions (like Pro) give you a fresh batch of credits every month at a lower per-credit rate, plus priority support and the Win or Refund Guarantee. If you write grants regularly, a subscription is cheaper per application.
