Official Contest Rules

The contest is sponsored by Grant Search US, located at 24196 Alicia Parkway, Suite I, Mission Viejo, CA 92691 (the "Sponsor"). Contact: legal@grantsearchus.com.

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members are not eligible to enter or win.

Void outside the U.S. and wherever prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law.

Method 1 — Platform entry (free account): Create a free Grant Search US account at grantsearchus.com and nominate a submitted grant application through the Grant of the Week feature in your Profile → Achievements tab. No paid subscription is required.

Method 2 — Mail-in entry (no account required): Print your name, address, email address, date of birth, and a brief description (50 words max) of a real grant application you have submitted, and mail to: Grant Search US — Grant of the Week Contest, 24196 Alicia Parkway, Suite I, Mission Viejo, CA 92691. One (1) mail-in entry per person per contest week. Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the applicable contest week and received within five (5) business days after the end of that week. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected mail.

Limit: one (1) entry per person per contest week, regardless of entry method.

Each contest week begins Monday at 12:00:00 AM Pacific Time (PT) and ends Sunday at 11:59:59 PM PT. Entries received outside this window will not be eligible for that week's drawing.

Sponsor reserves the right to suspend or cancel the contest at any time for any reason, including insufficient entries (minimum 10 unique entrants required per week to award a prize).

One (1) prize per contest week: One (1) free month of Grant Search US Pro subscription (ARV: $39.99 USD). ARV: $39.99 USD.

Prize has no cash value. Prize is not transferable. No prize substitution, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. If a prize cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes on prize value.

One (1) winner will be selected each week by a random drawing from all eligible entries received during that contest week, subject to community voting and judge scoring as a secondary tiebreaker. Random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor on or about the Monday following each contest week.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. If 10 entries are received, odds are 1 in 10. If 100 entries are received, odds are 1 in 100. The minimum required number of unique entrants per week is 10 — if this minimum is not met, no prize will be awarded for that week.

Winner will be notified by email using the address provided at entry within five (5) business days of selection. If a selected winner cannot be contacted within five (5) business days, or does not respond within five (5) days of notification, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

Winner must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where permitted by law) Publicity Release within five (5) days of prize notification. Failure to return within that period will result in prize forfeiture.

By entering, entrants agree to release Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any liability arising from or related to the contest or use/misuse of any prize.

Except where prohibited, winner's name, city, and state of residence may be used by Sponsor for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be: (a) tampering with the entry process or operation of the contest; (b) acting in violation of these Official Rules; or (c) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

In the event of a dispute as to entries submitted, entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address used. Potential winner may be required to show proof of being authorized account holder.

Released Parties are not responsible for printing errors, typographical errors, lost/late/incomplete/illegible entries, technical failures, unauthorized human intervention, or any other error.

Except where prohibited, as a condition of participating in this contest, entrant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

For the name of winners (available after each contest week), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope or email to legal@grantsearchus.com with "Grant of the Week Winner Request" in the subject line within 30 days of the applicable contest end date.
