How wholesale pricing works
Your agency subscription includes shared AI credits and a number of client workspaces. When you add a client, you select a wholesale tier (Basic $29, Pro $59, Premium $99/mo) — that's the cost to you. You set your own resale price above that, and the difference is your profit margin. We recommend positioning your service as a managed grant-writing offering at $297–997/mo per client — plus onboarding fees ($500–$2,000) and success fees (5% of grants won) — clients expect to pay for expertise, not tool access. Wholesale per-client charges are billed separately after you create each client workspace.

How it works
48-hour grace period (agency plan)
If zero shared AI credits have been consumed, you may request a full refund of your agency subscription within 48 hours of purchase.
48-hour grace period (per client)
Each client workspace has its own 48-hour window — if no credits have been used for that client, the wholesale charge is refundable within 48 hours.
Client data portable
You can export all client data (applications, documents, profiles) at any time — clients remain yours, not ours.
Automatically voids the commitment
Any shared AI credit consumed on the agency plan = agency subscription non-refundable
Any credit consumed within a client workspace = that client's wholesale charge non-refundable
Requests made more than 48 hours after purchase (agency or client)
Agency plan suspension due to compliance violations voids all refund eligibility
